Battery Care & Important Information

Team EAM specifies that battery case temperature must remain below 115°F (46°C) during cycling. Exceeding this temperature may permanently damage the battery. Always use an appropriate LiPo charger and follow proper charging, storage, and handling procedures.

Important Case Durability Notice: Team EAM advises that the current battery case uses a thin-wall design to accommodate the cells and may crack when used in off-road vehicles. Team EAM recommends applying heat shrink to new packs to help reduce the risk of cracking. Case cracking is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and use is at the purchaser's risk.

Manufacturer Warranty

Team EAM limits its manufacturer warranty to batteries that arrive dead on arrival (DOA). No additional manufacturer warranty is offered, including for cracked battery cases. This does not limit any applicable statutory consumer rights.
